Jennifer Puls
Every real estate transaction is unique, and Jenny gains new perspective from each one that she handles. Fiercely loyal and protective of her clients, she in turn inspires loyalty in others. Tenacious, energetic, and eager to rise to a challenge, Jenny was named both a Greenwood King Top Producer and Rookie of the Year in her first year as an agent.
A native Houstonian, Jenny began her professional life as an executive chef in New York City and then Houston, running the culinary operations of high-profile restaurants. She transitioned into a position as Texas sales manager for a New York-based gourmet food purveyor where she developed direct sales of farm-to-table and luxury products to the best restaurants in Texas. Her ability to coordinate and collaborate serves her well as she navigates the transaction process, guiding her clients and working with all parties to reach a successful closing.
A growing interest in houses and property development led Jenny to make a well-considered transition into residential real estate sales. The change was prompted by the example set by her father, a retired energy executive who began a successful second career as a property developer and builder in a historic Virginia town. Jenny has designed and managed several renovation and construction projects, including gut remodels of 1930's Heights bungalows. She can be relied upon as a resource for clients considering home projects, whether before a purchase or years down the road.
Jenny attended St. Francis Episcopal School and St. John's School in Houston, before graduating from The Pembroke Hill School in Kansas City. She earned degrees in corporate communications from Southern Methodist University and culinary arts from Johnson & Wales University.
An active community volunteer, Jenny supports and volunteers for Pupsquad Dog Rescue and Rescued Pets Movement. She lives in the Houston Heights with her husband, daughter and stepson.
